Gotta alot of work to do

So today I made my first cake out of cake flour it was okay I don't know what I did wrong if I beat the egg too much or what but the cake is not fluffy my icing made the cake so I think it's back to the drawing board or I just have to use my original recipe I guess if it's not broke don't fix it I've got a lot of work to do I'm determined to perfect my craft and with the Lord on my side my part and planning and bakery will be off the ground in no time
